Heyy..
So before I share this poem to the world (>.<) I just want to say a quick disclaimer that I DID NOT by any means COPY this poem from the anime or from someone else's hardwork. This is all completely made by me. It is simply INSPIRED by this anime.
With that said, I would strongly appreciate it if you guys don't copy my work either because that is plagiarism and those who do can be reported.
Those who want to use this poem, please give a link to this page too, because I really did make this with alot of brainpower.

Because of Your Lie in April


It's amazing how fast time flies,
All the memories, moments, lies...
I recall it was spring when I met you,
The strands of your hair dancing as the wind blew.
As the sounds of your melodica filled up my ears,
For reasons I don't know, you shed a few tears.
Seeing you under the cherry blossom trees made everything take on colour,
And these feelings I had were like no other.


A pianist, a violinist,
Music guided us from start to finish.
When I was too scared to play,
You pushed me forward, all night and all day.
Bringing me up was your mission,
But I was so oblivious to your condition.
I never would have known,
That you would be taken away so soon


I was so happy, I never wanted things to end,
But, I knew that you were in love with my best friend.
I still loved you though,
But you left me alone, cold as snow.
You were all happiness and smiles,
Then suddenly gone, with a final sigh.
You disappeared without a word, without a sound,
Never to be seen, never to be found.


It turns out, you told everyone a lie,
Small as it is, it still made me cry.
You said you loved him, which messed with my head,
But you wrote in a simple letter, that you loved me instead.
A small farewell letter revealed your lie,
But the you passed away, without saying goodbye.
That was the moment when my chance became never,
And all of this was said in a letter.


Now it's that time of the year,
A memorable season without you here.
You made me feel this way,
And yet, I think of you almost everyday.
You and I can never actually part,
For I have saved your spirit and feelings inside my heart.
This all seems so unreal,
And it all started because of
        Your Lie in April.
